Hotel Conduct Policy

1. Check-out time is (11:00 AM). Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. On failure of the guest to vacate, the management shall have right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.


2. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.


3. Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 10:00 PM nightly, Loud noise, Loud music, Loud voices, Horseplay are not permitted and can result in immediate
eviction with no refund.


4. Noise level should be at an acceptable level as judged by the hotel’s other guests and Hotel Management.


5. Smoking/Consumption of liquor in common areas, Vomiting in Bedroom is strictly prohibited. If found a Rs. 1000 charge would be levied for deep cleaning.


6. Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations.


7. It is the responsibility of the contract/conduct policy signee and/or onsite contact to distribute this information to all pertinent persons in the group.
